Laurie Levy, anti-duck shooting campaigner from Australia speaks about his campaign to end duck shooting in Victoria
Duck shooting has long been argued that it is not sustainable nor is it humane to shoot native birds. Pro-duck hunting groups respond to criticism of duck hunting with a number of argument points. In this interview Laurie talks about his campaign efforts that have changed public opinion and seen a drop in the number of duck shooters from around 90,000 to 20,000 now.

Mr. Wakao Hanaoka talks about the whaling issue
Each year Japanese whalers head to the waters in the Southern Ocean, just south of Australia, where they harvest a large number of whales. It is an issue that provokes a lot of media attention and is extremely controversial.
Numerous arguments are made in the defense of these activities by the whalers. I spoke to Mr. Wakao Hanaoka, an Ocean Campaigner for Greenpeace Japan about the issue, their campaign and what steps need to be taken to end the whaling.
